Benji asked for Kytril again this morning, but this time it was different, and we both knew it. He wasn’t nauseous. He was so hungry his stomach hurt. We communicated this with just a look. An everything bagel with salmon and cream cheese later, and he felt perfectly fine, no Kytril needed.
It was another beautiful day of summertime play for the boys. I am trying to make these moments last. I will miss them, and this slower pace, when school starts.
